She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Lesiuk (Mike) of Sevierville, TN and Carla Tischa (John) of Rising Sun, MD; her grandchildren, Jamie Gilbert, Dustin Lesiuk and Kelsey McFalls; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, BellaRose, Delaney, Tyrion and Isaac; her siblings, Jim O'Quin of Salem, VA, Bill O'Quin of Toronto, OH and Judy Rolfe of Rosedale, MD; Gary Arva of Clarksville, TN..
