She was predeceased by : her parents, John Jr. Grant and Mae Berry Grant; her husband Lee Cochran; her son Daniel Mayberry; and her brother Brian Grant.

She is survived by : her children, Jennifer Mayberry (Kenny) and Bradley Justice (Lauren); her grandchildren, Kenny Robinson, Makayla Perez, Bradley Justice, Jr. and Daniel Justice; her siblings, Alan Grant and Terry Davis (Blake); her close friend Jeff Hatfield; and her pet Salem.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
