He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Smith and Catherine Carnes Smith; his siblings, Francis, Mary, Catherine, Clare of James, C. F. X., Edward, Ruth, Paul, Ellen, Rosemary, Louise, Dorothy and Marjorie; and his stepdaughter Theresa A. Kilby.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Noon Smith; his children, Ruthann Smith, Bree Rodrigues (Havell), Tara Esperanza (Raciel), Neal Maillet (Jackie), Corey Folsom and Derick Noon (Katherine); his grandsons, Derick Noon and Andrew Noon; his great grandchildren, AJ, Caleb, Keadon, Edwin, Brendon and Catherine; and his sister Marcella Littlefield.
