He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Clark and Elizabeth "Betty Jane" Clark (Reese). He is survived by: his wife Georgia Soltis Clark; his children, Elizabeth Clark Rinehart (Richard) of Arnold, MD, Meredith Clark (Joshua Mister) of Rising Sun, MD and Allison Clark Svezzese (Anthony) of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren, Harper, Maya, Richard (Rex) and James; and his brother Paul Clark (Pam Scott). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
