She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Webb and Helen Webb (Marvel); and her husband Robert C. Reynolds Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Reynolds (Dottie) of North East, Melissa "Missy" Reynolds of Elkton, Leah Delp (Elton) of Colora and Robert C. Reynolds Jr. (Susan) of Elkton, Maryland.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
