She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Simmons and Lidia Simmons (Brown); her husband Arthur Boltz, II; and her sons, Arthur Boltz, III and David Boltz.
She is survived by: her sisters, Beverly Beck and Tammy White; and her sister-in-law Bonnie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Highland Mennonite Church (1220 Frenchtown Rd, Elkton, MD 21921). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at the Gracelawn Memorial Park (2220 N Dupont Hwy, New Castle, DE 19720).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Highland Mennonite Church.
