He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Harold McCoy Sr. and Maxine Chambers McCoy; his wife Patsy Wyatt McCoy; and his siblings, Charles E. McCoy, Ralph J. McCoy and Virginia R. Asbury.
He is survived by: his daughter Sara Escoto (Armando) of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren, Andrew Nino, Joseph Nino, Sean Escoto, Trevor Escoto and Mandi Escoto; and his brother Jack H. McCoy (Cindy) of North East, MD..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM at the Gilpin Manor Memorial Park.
