She was predeceased by: her father James Edward Armstrong; and her sons, Steven and Austin Bell. She is survived by: her husband Arthur S. Bell; her children, Kristin J. Cichosz (Scott) and Erik A. Bell (Brooke); her grandchildren, Drew, Ava and Kai; her mother Hallie Joyce Armstrong of North East; and her siblings, Denise J. Chatham of Conowingo, Joy Grant of Perryville and Jim Armstong of North East.
