He was predeceased by: his father Charles Everett Miller, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rhandi Miller; his mother Jean Miller; his siblings, Bruce Miller David (Louisa), Lorraine Miller Horton, Christopher Miller (Catherine) and Andrew Miller (Anne); his sister-in-law Gina Blanes (Juan); and his pets, Trigger and Gunner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elk Neck Baptist Church (424 Oldfield Point Rd, Elkton, MD 21921). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
