He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Burchelle Reynolds, Sr. and Ethel May Reynolds (Lockard); his former wife Phyllis Ann Reynolds; and his son Phillip B. "Butch" Reynolds III. He is survived by: his wife Louanna Reynolds; his granddaughters, Holly and Vicki; his stepgrandson Ryan Turnball; his stepchildren, William Campbell and Rebecca Campbell; and his daughter-in-law Patti Reynolds.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bay View Cemetery (370 Old Bayview Rd, North East, MD 21901).
