He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Garrett Frantsi; his daughters, Kimberly Frantsi of Newark, DE and Laura Smallwood (Charles) of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren, Britney Breslin-Jones, Brenton Breslin, Ethan Breslin, Tyler Smallwood and Elizabeth Smallwood; his great grandchildren, Eloise Jones and Archer Jones; and his brothers, Bill Fransti (Louise) of Elkton, MD. and John Frantsi of Elkton, MD..
