He is survived by: his children, Charlene Ritzel (Patrick), Diane Hall (Thomas, Sr.), Joycelyn Rivera Amy (Greggory, Sr.), Susan Hall and Robert Lockard, Jr. (Christine Moran); and his siblings, Dorothy "Dot" Lockard, Barbara Veronr, Carolyn Sue McCary Coppola, Carol Vaccarini and Charles Lockard, Jr.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
