He was predeceased by: his parents, Walden W. Hart and Mildred Halsey Hart. He is survived by: his wife Judy Elaine Rash Hart; and his sister Nancy L. Emerson (Ed) of Middletown, DE. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gilpin Manor Memorial Park (198 Appleton Rd, Elkton, MD 21921).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tunnels to Towers or St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, in care of Hicks Home for Funerals at the above listed address.
