He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Franklin and Doris Lillian Settle (Mowery). He is survived by : his wife Yvonne Settle (Davis); his children, Russell Franklin Settle III (Lisa) of Florida and Christine Reese (Settle) of California; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Jonathen and Amanda.
