She is survived by: her husband Charles Gardner; her children, Kimberly King of Pike Creek, DE and Joshua Gardner of Elkton, MD; her grandson Lucas King; her siblings, Helen Wilson of Ashland, KY, David Proctor (Betty) of Albuquerque, NM, Ceri Luzetsky (Ronald) of Elkton, MD, Russell Proctor (Charlotte) of Galena, MD, Richard Proctor (Nancy) of Elkton, MD, Brian Proctor of Elkton, MD, Joseph Proctor (Nora) of Newark, DE and Alesia Coppedge (Gregory); and her siblings-in-law, William Gardner of Elkton, MD, Ken Lucas of Chesapeake City, MD and Mary Snyder (Ray) of Elkton, MD. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
