She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Day and Sarah Stiltner Day. She is survived by: her husband John Cordill; her children, Tammie Sylvia (Kenneth) of Newark, DE and Anthony Cordill (Tina) of Elkton, MD; her grandchildren, Mary Kate Sylvia, Cody Cordill, Caroline Roff and Nicole Cordill; her great grandchild Liam Cordill; her siblings, Phyllis Scarberry of Elkton, MD, Terry Day of Elkton, MD, Tommy Day of Elkton, MD and Jaquetta Puckett of Hillsville, VA; and her brother-in-law Jake.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at the Cherry Hill Methodist Cemetery (33 Elk Mills Rd, Elkton, MD 21921).
