He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Opal Trotto. He is survived by: his father John A. Trotto (Franny) of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his close friend Betty Sue Dove; his children, Sterling L. Harris of Elkton, MD and Brianna E. Funk of Wilmington, DE; his siblings, Theresa Price (Walter, Sr.) of Bethany Beach, DE, Kelly Campbell (Jeff) of Elkton, MD and Tracey Trotto-Miloway (Austin Adams) of Newark, DE; his caregiver Thelma Behr-Rybak; and also Elkton, MD. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to Hicks Home for Funerals, P.A. at 103 W. Stockton St., Elkton, MD 21921 to assist with funeral expenses.
