With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Marie D'Azevedo of Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on February 10, 2026 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John DiPaola and Rose Alagia DiPaola; her husband William Gerald D'Azevedo, Sr.; her son William G. "Gerry" D'Azevedo, Jr.; and her siblings, Vincent DiPaola, Marietta Carter and Pascal DiPaola.
She is survived by: her children, Mark (Cynthia) and Lisa; her daughters-in-law, Debbie and Candy Bathon; her grandchildren, Kristin Lewis (Richard), Scott D'Azevedo, Erica Hostetler (James), Kerry Dunlap (D. J.) and Gina Stopkey (Matt); her great grandchildren, Kallie, Riley, Luke, Brooks and Olivia; and her sister Elizabeth Sentman.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception Church or Believe in Tomorrow House by the Sea Children's Foundation.
