Astle (Rachel) of Rising Sun, Maryland; her grandchildren, Timothy Reed, Jr., Riley Reed, Makayla Astle and Jayce Astle; and her siblings, James E. Maxwell, Jr. of Perryville, Maryland and Tanja J. Maxwell of Newark, Delaware. She is also survived by her faithful companion, Puppy; and many extended family members and friends.
