She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Thompson. She is survived by: her mother Margaret "Faye" Cantler Thompson; her husband Edward Okiemus Jr.; her son Derek Okiemus (Brandie Beats); her grandchildren, Alexander Okiemus, Kaleb Frank and Mia Frank; her mother-in-law Judy Okiemus; and her aunt Mary Todd. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
