He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil B. Chicosky and Mary Hotra Chicosky. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Wyre, Philip Chicosky, Monica Civita and David Chicosky (Cathy); his granddaughter Keri Civita; his great grandchildren, Michael Biggs and Elliot Bowlsbey; and his brother Stephen Chicosky (Carol).
