He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ellsworth Clarke, Sr. and Lillian Dorothy Clarke (Cross); and his sister Frances Streets. He is survived by: his wife Kristina Clarke (Jensen); and his children, Susan Hicks (Jessie), William T. Clarke (Amanda), Alan Clarke (Angel) and Mandi Clarke. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
