He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Clarence Green and Alley Mae Hylton Green. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Green of Elkton, Maryland; and his children, Charles Robert Ruble (Heather) of Peach Bottom, Pennsylvania, Theresa Lee Ruble of Baltimore, Maryland, William Edward Green (Nicole) of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, John Lee Green of Elkton, Maryland and Wanda Lynn Meadows (Elijah) of Middletown, Delaware.. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, as well as extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bay Church (2256 Pulaski Hwy, North East, MD 21901). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
