She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna D. Kuchak and Andrew J. Kuchak (Larry Besok). She is survived by: her partner Thomas Greaney; her children, Karen and David Besok; her children-in-law, Susan Besok and Hans Phillips; her siblings, Andrew Kuchak (Rosalie Kuchak) and Kathryn Kuchak Wainscott (Jeffrey Wainscott); and her grandchildren, Thomas and Hayden Besok. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
