She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward William Mulcahy and Kathleen Lyon Mulcahy; her husband Charles Michael Dower; and her children, Michael Edward, Katherine Eileen, Allison Marie and Suzanne Virginia. She was also cherished by her husband, four siblings, four children, and two grandchildren.
