Barbara Vick Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Vick (Ellicott City, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 15, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Buttner and Patricia Buttner; her brother Jim Buttner; and her first cairn Cory. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristin Vick, Jennifer Michael and Lindsay Vick; the parent of her children Dale Vick; her son-in-law Eleftherios Michael; her grandchildren, Alexi and Thalia Michael; her brother David; her sister-in-law Stephanie Buttner; her sister Cynthia; her brother-in-law Jon Schafer; her brother Steven Buttner; and her pet Brody. She is also survived by three nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made in Barbara's memory to the PBS Foundation (https://foundation.pbs.org) or the Enoch Pratt Free Library.
