She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Salvatore Robert and Elizabeth Bianca; her husband Roger West; her children, Kenneth and Amy; and her brother Robert Bianca.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Harry H Witzke Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
