He is survived by: his parents, Mary Meisinger Dowling and Robert H. Dowling; his sister Caitlan Ryan Dowling; his uncles, Mark C. Meisinger and Dr. David Schafer; and his aunt Michelle Dowling Schafer.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
