Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint David leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Sanders and Georgia Sanders; his wife Gail H. Sanders; his brother Tom Sanders (late Carol Sanders); his sister-in-law Shirley Bergman (Lawrence Bergman); and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Bergman (Jennifer Bergman), Neale Bergman (Ligia Paina Bergman) and Madeline Miller (Brady Miller).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dave's memory to the University of Baltimore School of Law Clinical Law Program (https://www.ubcommunity.org), which places law students with causes that reflected his deep commitment to the law, social justice and Baltimore.
