It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jean Rest (Ellicott City, Maryland), who passed away on August 30, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Lawrence T Rest; her children, Kimberly Taylor (Michael Taylor), Michael Rest and Karen Valentine; her grandchildren, Joe, Brian, Katlyn, Madison, Lucia, Josie (Casey Killmer), Grace and Isaac; and her brother Robert L Harbin Jr..
