He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Connolly and Catherine Connolly; and his brothers, Patrick Connolly, Jr. and Harry Connolly (Tim). He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Deb" Connolly; his siblings, Brian Connolly (Roxanne), Steve Connolly (Marti), Mary Pat Smith (Phil) and Terri Rackliff (Jeff); his children, Kristina "Kristy" Yokum (Will) and Brandon Connolly (Pam); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Yokum, Maximus "Max" Yokum, Brianna Yokum, Kayla Rocco and Morgan Connolly. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
