It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Howard of Ellicott City, Maryland, who passed away on December 1, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Frances is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Frances' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Simms and Minnie Simms; her children, Charles Howard IV and Susan Howard; and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Liam, Rhiannon and Julia. She was also cherished by sister to her nine siblings.
