He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Helen and Arthur Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Mark Johnson (Joyce), Kathleen Barner (Bob), Michael Johnson (Azlina), Barbara Burdett (Nigel) and Patrick Johnson (Sandra); and his wife Kimi. He is also survived by thirteen loving grandchildren; and eleven adorable great-grandchildren.
