Michael Howard of Ellicott City; his grandchildren, Timothy Spence McColgan, Fallon Laque of Severna Park, Megan Blanco of Ellicott City, Robert Howard of Ellicott City and Colin Howard of Ellicott City; his great grandchild Anna Page Blanco of Ellicott City; his sister Patricia McGarrity of Baltimore; and his daughter Mary Frances McColgan Howard. He was also cherished by eight siblings.
