He was predeceased by: his father Joseph P. Clark. He is survived by: his mother Mary Clark; his siblings, Dave Clark and Ann Shilling; his children, Matthew "Joe" Clark (Erin), Katie Hershey, Mary Clark and Michael Clark; his friends, Steve Choyce, Johnny Fisher, Rick, Sam, Ben, Allison and Rachel Clark; and also, Elizabeth, Ben, Abby Hershey, Jane Andrews, Kirsten Andrews Woelper, Larry Lear and Hilditch. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
