He is survived by: his wife Leslie Tieperman (Abbott); his children, Parker Tieperman of Columbia, Lance Tieperman of Essex, Holly Sneeringer of Catonsville and Brooke Talbot of Columbia; and his siblings, Barbara Hogue of Martinsburg, WVA. and Richard Tieperman of Frederick. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
