Leo leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Leo’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Gordon Walker Sr. and Edna Louise Walker. He is survived by: his nephew Douglas B. Higgins (Maureen); his great-niece Colleen Vickers (Collin); and his great-nephew Sean Higgins (Juliette). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
