Powell, III; her siblings, Theresa Peters, Catherine Arnold, David Peters and Thomas Peters; and her nieces and nephews, Harrison Arnold, Maxwell Arnold, Drew Peters, Todd Peters, Beau Peters, Katherine Stevenson, Avery Arnold, Paige Arnold and Cate Arnold.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Maryland Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the Students "For Life" of America.
