It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Stiltner (Ellicott City, Maryland), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Prucino and Luke Prucino Sr.; her husband Woody Stiltner; and her siblings, Joanne Reimer and Luke Prucino.
She is survived by: her sister Sharon (Greg); her nieces and nephews, Lauren, Megan, Zachary, Tina, Bernadette and Kim; her brothers, Franny and Larry; her sibling-in-law Jean; her nieces and nephews, Tori, Elizabeth and Cathy; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Payton, Morgan, Ashten, Madison, Riley, Sterling, Liam, Jackson, Wynter and Soren; Becky and Anne.
