He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Boyer and Mae Boyer; his brother Eugene Boyer; and his brother-in-law Joseph Slavotinek. He is survived by: his wife Carol Boyer; his children, Brantdon Boyer (Susan) and Lindsay Boyer; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Peyton and Anthony; his sister Margaret "Peggy" Pfeffer; his siblings-in-law, Louis Slavotinek, John Slavotinek (Paula) and Diane Merson (Danny); and his cousins, Marsha Goforth and Kathleen Janetka. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:45 PM at the Meadowridge Memorial Park (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075). A burial was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the same location.
