He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Conrad and Catherine Beyer Conrad; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sons, Matthew and Andrew; his daughter-in-law Emily; his grandson Avery; his son Philip; his grandchildren, Claire and John; and his siblings, Judy, Karen, Robert, Cindy and Jack. He is also survived by his children and his grandchildren.
