He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Maria Garry; his children, Michael Garry (Sarah), Brian Garry (Leslie), Kathryn Garry and Richie Garry (Katie Richardson); his grandchildren, Caragh, Ally, Ryan, Landon and Eliana; his siblings, Francis Garry (Gail) and William Garry; and his sister-in-law Sharon Garry.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
