It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert David Sacks of Ellicott City, Maryland, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Saul Sacks and Eleanor Sacks; and his daughters, Stephanie Michelle Sacks and Danielle Rebecca Sacks. He is survived by : his wife Andrea Elias Sacks; and his siblings, Marilyn Lebson (Harvey) and Joel Sacks (Ann).
