She was predeceased by: her parent Guntis Elksnis. She is survived by: her mother Shelby J. Elksnis; her daughters, Jenifer T. Cope, Mckensie M. Cope and Emilee A. Cope; and her brother Stephen M. Elksnis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (5829 Ritchie Hwy, Baltimore, MD 21225).
