It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Randall Sickles of Ellicott City, Maryland, born in Bethesda, Maryland, who passed away on January 14, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles Sickles; his brother Perry Dankins; his grandmother Annie "Gaga" Sickles; and his great-grandparent Marie Johnson. He is survived by: his son Blair Thompson; his granddaughters, Janell, Ava and Adiyah; his sisters, Valerie Bertley (Ricky) and Francine Brooks (Lenny); his nieces, Nikkia Harrison (Charles), Lawanda and Lashonda Mccants; his nephew Raulston Bertley; his great-nieces, Alyssa Harrison and Anastasia Bertley; and his great-nephew Demetrius "DJ" Featherson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
