He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark R. Berge and Iva G. Berge. He is survived by: his wife Nancy B. Berge; his daughter Jenna B. Connors; his son-in-law Craig Connors; his grandson Harley Connors; his son Mark B. Berge; and his daughter-in-law Zee Berge.
