He is survived by: his wife Lona Stoops; his children, April Schilpp (Marty), Brian Stoops (Krystal) and Kelly Sandoe; his siblings, Denny Hess (Linda) and Jim Hess; his grandchildren, Brett Stoops (Allysa), Zack Nolan (Janine), Sam Nolan (Lauren Weeks), Marissa Sandoe, Abby Sandoe and Maggie Clark (JP); and his great grandchildren, Braxton Stoops, Brady Stoops and Freddy Nolan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
