He was predeceased by : his father Oscar Fogle Jr.; and his grandparents, Oscar Sr., Dorothy Fogle, Earl and Agnes Myerly.

He is survived by : his wife Heather Wagaman Fogle; his children, Brian Fogle Jr. of LaCrosse, Jonathan Fogle (Arielle Dahl) of Waynesboro, John Fogle of Taneytown, MD, Collin Spicer of Smithsburg, MD, Alesia Baker (Chris Clark) and Alice Fogle; his grandchildren, Lilith and Matthias; his mother Joyce Fogle; and his brother David Fogle.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Tom's Creek United Methodist Church (10926 Simmons Rd, Emmitsburg, MD 21727). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
