She was predeceased by : her father David Lee Fox; and her brother Kenneth Fox. She is survived by : her mother Delia Ann Fox (Wain); and her sisters, Catherine Bacastow and Patricia Chaney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and her Sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sister Cynthia's name to the Daughters of Charity, 4330 Olive Street, Saint Louis, Missouri, 63108.
