We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2023, at the age of 94, Josephine Murphy (Emmitsburg, Maryland), born in Richmond, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Ann (Ross) and John Joseph Murphy. She is survived by: her sisters, Margaret Holloway, Catherine Lee and Magdalen Ross. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and her Sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sister Josephine's name to Daughters of Charity, 4330 Olive Street, Saint Louis, Missouri 63108.
